Stayed here in February, £40 a night is incredible value. It's not glamorous or special, but it is absolutely acceptable, clean and welcoming. Some small room updates, new TVs, decorating, etc would bring it to 5 stars.

A great place to stay, very near to everything you need. Staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean. Couldn’t fault anything and definitely recommend

We stay here quite often, but this is first time we found our bed o be uncomfortable (the mattress sagged in the middle) and the shelves in the wardrobe to be dusty. We were the only guests in the bar when we visited, hence the 7 rating for atmosphere. Overall however, we enjoyed our stay and as always the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Honestly can't fault anything about our stay here. Perfectly located for a fun weekend in Brighton. The most comfortable of beds and pillows gave us a really quality night's sleep. The staff were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

I stayed here for my Birthday Weekend. I will begin by saying this hotel is brilliant, as are the staff. Upon check in we were greeted by very friendly and sweet staff, who gave complimentary birthday drink vouchers. The whole hotel feels very secure and safe as you need key cards to access both the rooms and elevators. It is very clean, housekeeping clearly work very hard, they replaced our towels and coffees/milks during our stay. The room is spacious, the bed was very comfortable, with plug sockets either side of the header above small bedside tables (this is something many hotels don’t do). The Television had a great selection of channels for a lazy night in. The heating/air con didn’t seem to do much, but it wasn’t essential. The bathroom is spacious, with a powerful shower, and soaps containing no harmful chemicals. The hotel is also situated right behind Brighton Railway Station so is incredibly easy to get to, very convenient.

This hotel is a great price for such an excellent location! Found parking nearby at Sainsburys which was fair priced. Easy walking distance to the sea and lanes area of Brighton. Plenty of shops and restaurants around although the food in the hotel smelled great! Alex on reception who checked us in was warm and friendly which is just what you need arriving into a city you don't really know.
